Scoring
You will receive a final score of 1 (deficient) through 4 (advanced). On the multiple-choice questions, you'll receive credit only for those questions that you answer correctly. On open-ended questions, you can receive partial credit. There is no penalty for wrong answers, and an answer left blank receives no credit.

Math Test Objectives
- Mathematical Reasoning (10-15% of test): Basic word problems that require simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to figure out an unknown quantity.
- Numbers and Numeration (10-15% of test): Basic math terminology, such as fractions, whole numbers, and ratios
- Operations (15-20% of test): Problem solving using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; order of operations questions; application of various math properties.
- Modeling/Multiple Representation (15-20% of test): Geometric shapes and concepts; use of maps and scale; coordinate plane problems
- Measurement (10-20% of test): Graphs and charts; measurements and concepts related to volume, perimeter, and circumference
- Uncertainty (5-10% of test): Estimation and probability questions
- Patterns/Functions (20-25% of test): Basic math patterns; linear equations, and the Pythagorean theorem
